Turn customer feedback into the next product decision

Signaldeck is a customer feedback platform for product teams that need to understand what is blocking users and decide what to improve next.
Feedback is easy to collect and hard to use
Most feedback tools begin with a generic survey and leave the difficult part until later.
Responses arrive without enough context, accumulate in spreadsheets or inboxes, and eventually become another collection of notes that somebody has to sort through manually.
Signaldeck starts with a specific decision instead.
A team might need to understand:
- Why visitors are not signing up
- What is confusing during onboarding
- Whether a new feature solves the intended problem
- Why a customer is cancelling
- What is preventing an upgrade
Teams create a focused multi-step form and place it directly on the relevant pricing page, product screen, documentation page, or workflow.
Because every answer stays connected to the question, page, and product moment that prompted it, the response is easier to understand later.
From individual responses to useful patterns
As feedback accumulates, Signaldeck brings it together in a report.
Built-in AI analysis identifies:
- Repeated themes
- Positive signals
- Risks and areas of friction
- Possible next actions
- Supporting evidence from the original responses
The original answers always remain available, so teams can review the evidence behind each conclusion instead of relying on a disconnected AI summary.
The aim is not to replace product judgement. It is to make customer evidence easier to inspect and act on.
Built for people and AI agents
Signaldeck also includes an MCP server.
This makes feedback and analysis available inside tools such as ChatGPT and Claude, as well as wider agentic workflows.
An assistant or agent can retrieve responses, review reports, compare customer feedback with other product data, and use the findings when preparing recommendations, specifications, experiments, or development tasks.
Extracted from a real SaaS product
Signaldeck was extracted from Timetoast, an established online timeline maker.
Its first components were built to understand cancellation reasons and collect feedback at specific moments inside the product. As the forms, segmentation, reporting, and analysis became more capable, it became clear that the feedback system should become a focused product of its own.
Signaldeck is designed for founders and small product teams that want useful customer evidence without building an internal research operation.
Its guiding principle is simple:
Ask a focused question at the right moment, keep the context, identify the patterns, and turn the answers into the next product decision.
