The Problem

Video creators and small production teams don't need another all-in-one platform. They need the five or six specific tools that actually touch their workflow, without the subscription, the bloat, or the fifty features they'll never open. Most "creator suites" are built for agencies with dedicated ops teams, packed with collaboration dashboards and AI features nobody asked for, and priced like it. Meanwhile the actual day-to-day tools, a teleprompter that doesn't lag, a script editor that doesn't fight you with formatting, a simple way to build a shoot rundown, are either missing, clunky, or buried behind a $30/month plan built for a completely different use case.

The Solution

Prodlings is a small suite of purpose-built tools; Promptling, Scriptling, Flowling, and Timeling. Each one doing exactly one job well. A teleprompter. A script editor. A rundown builder. A production timer. No accounts to manage across five apps, no feature you have to scroll past to find what you need. They live together inside a single lightweight launcher, and work offline as installable PWA, so a shaky venue wifi connection or an airplane mode script review doesn't stop the shoot. One-time purchase, no subscription, no tracking. Just the tools, built to get out of your way.

Why Prodlings were Built

Prodlings started as a personal itch. By day, Kris Sheehan runs video, photo, and web projects in corporate communications for an insurance provider; juggling shoots, scripts, and rundowns for an internal employee audience on top of everything else on the plate. Every existing production tool was either too much (built for agencies and enterprise teams) or too little (single-purpose apps with no thought toward the rest of the workflow). So instead of settling, Prodlings got built from scratch on nights and weekends: small, focused tools designed by someone who actually uses them on real shoots, week after week, and just wants them to work.
